At the opening ceremony of the new building of the National Bank in Bishkek, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, emphasized that one of the key tasks of this institution is to maintain a balance between international standards and the interests of the country.
He noted that the structure of the National Bank must constantly improve, highlighting the need for systematic work in the areas of cybersecurity, protection of banking data, and increasing the financial literacy of citizens.
“Your main task is to maintain a balance between international standards and national interests,” the president added.
Sadyr Japarov also pointed out that for successful operation in the context of global changes, it is necessary to have highly qualified specialists.
“Technologies are rapidly evolving, and we cannot remain on the sidelines. Therefore, I support the initiative to increase the salaries of National Bank employees, attract young specialists, and enhance their professional qualifications,” concluded the head of state.
