The grand opening of the new building of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic took place in Bishkek. President Sadyr Japarov attended this significant event. The new building is located at the corner of Kalik Akiev and Kyiv streets.
“Today we are opening a new page in the financial history of our country. This day symbolizes our independence, unity, and stability. The opening of the new building of the National Bank is an important step that confirms the sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan and its aspiration for renewal. Since gaining independence in 1991, the establishment of our own monetary and credit system has been one of the first significant steps. During that responsible period, the National Bank laid the foundations of the economic foundation of our state,” noted the president.
