A new 24-hour vehicle registration department "Birimdik-24" has opened in Bishkek

A new round-the-clock department "Birimdik-24" has opened in Bishkek, which is part of the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing, subordinate to the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. The opening took place with the participation of Kanibek Tumanbaev, the head of the president's office. The new office is located at: s/a Birimdik-Kut, 2nd St., 18/3.

During the event, the project for the construction of a new main office of the State Center for Registration was also presented. This project is being implemented on the instruction of President Sadyr Japarov on a site covering 10 hectares. The area of the new building will be 8,000 square meters, as reported by Bayel Toktomushev, head of the capital construction department of the Office of the President.

Tumanbaev noted that until now, the center did not have its own office and operated in rented premises. The opening of the new complex will help address existing infrastructure issues, and reforms in the registration system will continue.

He also emphasized that one of the key tasks remains the fight against corruption and ensuring transparency in the process of issuing driver's licenses.
