At this stage, the process has moved to the examination of the presented evidence. The next court session is scheduled for October 27.
It is worth noting that Djokoev and several employees of "Unaa" were arrested as part of a corruption investigation. He has been charged under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Receiving a Bribe"), and on September 26, 2024, he was placed in custody in the GKNB pre-trial detention center, but was later released under house arrest.
On October 1, 2024, Djokoev was dismissed from his position as director of "Unaa."
