On October 15, the Chui Regional Court issued a ruling in the case of the tragic death of 6-year-old Ariella. This was reported by the girl's mother, Keremet Sadibakassova, in an interview for "AKIpress Digest" on October 24.

Sadibakassova, who lives with her husband in Moscow, has two daughters, the youngest of whom was Ariella. During the summer months, the girls were sent to Kyrgyzstan to stay with their grandparents.
On June 9, Keremet returned to Kyrgyzstan with her daughters and took them to their grandparents in the village of Ak-Bashat in the Jayil district. On June 13, after an invitation from her mother-in-law to visit neighbors, the girls went with them. As Sadibakassova reported at a press conference at AKIpress, it was a hot day, and all the children were playing outside.

The time was around 20:15-20:20. At that moment, a resident of Kara-Balta, born in 1994, driving a Lexus, hit Ariella while she was standing on the roadside, waiting for cars to pass. The driver did not stop and drove away, and the girl later died in the hospital.

During the investigation, it was revealed that the 31-year-old woman did not have a driver's license and did not know how to drive, so she asked an acquaintance, born in 1988, to help her learn to drive. He, living in Ak-Bashat, agreed to provide the training.

Criminal cases were initiated based on Articles 312 and 315 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The accused was taken into custody, while her acquaintance was released.

On August 7, the Jayil District Court issued a verdict against the guilty party. The court established:

- R.B., a 31-year-old woman, was found guilty under Article 312 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and sentenced to six years of imprisonment in a general regime correctional facility.

The daughter of the accused was placed under the guardianship of her aunt. Additionally, R.B. was ordered to pay 500,000 soms to the victim's side.

Ariella's parents considered the sentence too lenient and filed an appeal to the Chui Regional Court on September 5.

The second trial resulted in a change of the sentence regarding R.B. The charges were confirmed, and the court sentenced her to eight years of imprisonment under Article 312 Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The rest of the ruling remained unchanged.
