The investigation revealed that the man was responsible for the technical safety of the ride and was supposed to conduct a briefing for visitors. However, the investigation claims that he delegated this responsibility to an inexperienced employee and was not present at the scene of the incident.
The suspect has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and a court hearing is scheduled for October 25, where the measure of restraint will be determined. The investigation is ongoing.
