In addition, a similar statement was filed by a resident of the village of Ak-Jol, A.A., born in 1984. He reported that on September 3, 2025, two cattle were stolen from him. Both cases have been registered, and criminal cases have been initiated under Article 205-1 (Cattle Theft) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational activities conducted by the employees of the Manas Police Department, individuals involved in these crimes have been identified: Ch.T., born in 2010, Zh.U., born in 2012, and E.E., born in 2009.
It has been established that the stolen animals were sold to third parties through a mobile application.
Currently, the mentioned individuals are in the Investigative Service of the Sokuluk District Internal Affairs Department, where investigative actions are ongoing, and a legal assessment of their actions will be provided based on the results.
The police are also checking for possible connections between these individuals and other similar crimes committed in the Chuy region.
