According to information from the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, a criminal case has been initiated against a 28-year-old resident of the Suzak district of the Jalal-Abad region under Article 297 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Creating danger for consumers causing harm through negligence). The operator has been detained for further investigation.
According to data received by the ambulance service in the city, the girl, born in 2007 and a resident of the Kara-Suu district, died on the way to the hospital after falling from the attraction.
It is worth noting that earlier, on March 31, 2025, a similar incident occurred in the capital's Panfilov Park: a girl fell from an attraction because the safety belt on the seat did not function properly and was hospitalized. Witnesses of that incident left their comments about what happened.
