According to the press service of the Patrol Police Department, the driver of the vehicle that hit her fled the scene. Unfortunately, the pedestrian did not survive and died at the scene.
Officers from the Patrol Police Department quickly established that the vehicle was a Gelly Ev-450 and tracked down the driver, who turned out to be a 25-year-old named O.U.A.
A medical examination confirmed that he was under the influence of drugs. All information was forwarded to the Investigative Service for further proceedings.
