The investigation established that D.V.S., a citizen of Vietnam, had set up a scheme for the illegal migration of his compatriots, presenting them as tourists, with the aim of further employment in sewing workshops in Kyrgyzstan.
Additionally, he intended to create an ethnic criminal organization in the country to provide protection for illegal migrants from Southeast Asian countries.
Currently, the foreign national has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility, and investigative actions are ongoing to identify other participants in the criminal scheme.
