On September 14, around six in the evening, the police received a report of a mass brawl in the village of Novopokrovka in the Issyk-Ata district, near the "Third Pond".
A forensic investigative group from the Issyk-Ata District Department of Internal Affairs was dispatched to the scene. During the investigation, it was revealed that the victim is a local resident, T.K., born in 1986. He reported that he was beaten by strangers.
The incident was registered under Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning causing serious harm to health.
Law enforcement agencies detained two suspects: A.B., born in 1987, and T.V., born in 1988. They were placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
