According to information from the city hall, the meetings took place from October 17 to 22 as part of the presidential decree on holding the IV People's Kurultai.
In the Pervomaisky district, 8 meetings were held, resulting in the election of 102 representatives. The Lenin district conducted 15 meetings, where 157 delegates were elected. In the Sverdlovsky district, 13 meetings took place, leading to the election of 111 delegates. The Oktyabrsky district held 12 meetings, resulting in the election of 130 representatives.
Residents of the districts and deputies of the Bishkek City Council participated in the events. The local community meeting for the city of Bishkek is scheduled for November 1, 2025.
