On October 28, a solemn opening of a new residential complex took place in the rural district of Bagysh, located in the Suzak region of the Jalal-Abad province, with the participation of President Sadyr Japarov.

The complex was built in the village of Leninskoye, previously known as Vinsovkhoh during the Soviet period.

According to information provided by a Turmush correspondent, the residential building occupies an area of 4.83 hectares and includes 12 nine-story blocks.

The total area of residential premises is 64,076.4 square meters, with the complex featuring 945 apartments, of which 378 are one-bedroom, 441 are two-bedroom, and 126 are three-bedroom. Parking spaces for vehicles are also provided: 172 in the underground part and 514 on the surface.

President Japarov noted that efforts to provide citizens with housing will continue in the future. He expressed hope that the new complex will become a cozy home for people: “Today we are handing over 150 apartments, and the rest will be available in a month. May this place bring luck and prosperity,” he added.

It is worth noting that this residential complex was built on the site of an abandoned winery.
