The State Mortgage Company has become a key player in the field of state housing policy, serving as the foundation for the introduction of subsidized mortgage lending mechanisms.
Sadyr Japarov thanked everyone who participated in the construction process of this complex.
"Our goal is to provide every needy family in the country with their own housing, which will become their cozy home. We will continue to implement new projects in this direction. The state will make every effort to improve the living conditions of citizens. Our strategic plans in the field of housing construction have long-term prospects, and in the future, we will begin to build modern and comfortable residential complexes," the president noted.
At the end of the event, the president handed over the keys to an apartment to Seydeke Ergeshova, who works as a teacher at School No. 1 named after M. Babkin in the city of Manas.
The head of state also familiarized himself with the infrastructure of the new residential complex, walked through the apartments, interacted with the residents, and congratulated them on their new homes.
