In Bishkek, the construction of a new residential complex TIANSHAN-1 is starting, as reported by New Star International Investment. Sales manager Aziret Kuttubekov shared details about the project and expressed confidence in its reliability.

- What is the situation with the land plot? Are there ownership documents? - Yes, the plot is registered in full compliance with the legislation, and there is a "red book." All documents are registered to New Star International Investment, which eliminates any issues with property rights for buyers.

- Which contractor will be responsible for the construction? How will this affect quality? - The general contractor is "Ruby Stroy," a Chinese company with international qualified personnel and experience working in various countries, including the CIS. The company has a first-level license, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines.

- When is the completion of the residential complex planned? - The expected completion date is the third quarter of 2028. We are confident that all work will be completed on time.

- You mentioned the safety of the complexes. Are there confirmations regarding architecture, ecology, and seismic resistance? - Certainly. Our complex has a seismic resistance of 8 points. All necessary permits and object passports confirm the safety of the construction. Fire safety regulations have also been fully complied with.

- In light of the recent power outages, are there solutions for this? - Yes, we have provided backup power sources. A diesel generator will be installed in the complex, which automatically turns on 30 seconds after a power outage and ensures the operation of lighting, elevators, and the pumping station. Residents will be able to use the elevators without interruption even in case of outages.

- How will the management of the building be organized after its handover? - The complex will have its own management company. Residents will be able to use a mobile application to call specialists: plumbers, electricians, cleaners, and even medical workers.

- What purchasing conditions are offered? Is installment payment or barter possible? - We offer an installment plan for 36 months with a down payment of 30%. Barter is not provided. The official start of sales has not yet been announced, but anyone interested can visit our office for more detailed information.
