The residential complex includes 12 nine-story buildings
On October 28, President Sadyr Japarov visited the Jalal-Abad region, where the opening ceremony of the new residential complex "Asman Residence-4" took place, built with the support of the State Mortgage Company.
The complex is located in the village of Lenin, in the Suzak district, and consists of 12 nine-story residential blocks offering 945 apartments. There are also 172 underground and 514 above-ground parking spaces, a children's playground, and a workout area.
The President emphasized that the State Mortgage Company plays a key role in implementing state housing policy and developing mechanisms for providing affordable housing. This year, in nine months, preferential housing was provided to 3,621 citizens who were waiting for their turn and had contributed 50% of the apartment cost under shared construction.
“The authorized capital of the company has increased from 10 million soms in 2015 to 87.5 billion soms in 2023. We have digitized the application process for housing, and the mobile application 'Tündük' has automated the queue and reduced corruption risks. As a result, more than 13,000 families have already received apartments, and over 69,000 citizens are waiting for their turn under the state program,” noted the head of state.
He added: “We will continue to work to ensure that every needy family has their own housing by creating new projects. The state will make every effort to improve the living conditions of citizens. We are planning long-term strategies in housing construction that will allow us to build modern and comfortable residential complexes.”
At the end of the event, the president handed over the keys to a new apartment to Seydeke Ergeshova, a teacher at school No. 1 named after M. Babkin in the city of Manas.
