This building was constructed without compliance with the legislation and has not yet been put into operation.
In Bishkek, the Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic has legalized another problematic apartment building.
According to information from the department, the director of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department, Ernazarbek Suerkulov, held a meeting with the residents of the apartment building located at: Timur Frunze Street, 132. During the meeting, he handed over a certificate confirming compliance for putting the building into operation.
It is worth noting that this facility was built by the company OsOO "Elit Centro Stroy" with violations of the legislation, and until now it has not been put into operation. As a result, residents have been unable to register their apartments in their names, which has created significant difficulties in obtaining property documents.
