In Bishkek, the process of legalizing another apartment building, which was previously constructed without the necessary permits, has been successfully completed.
According to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, the legalization work continues under the directive of Minister Nurdana Oruntaev. The State Department of Architectural and Construction Control is actively processing documents for apartment buildings that were built in the past without permits.
Ernazarbek Suerkulov, the department director, held a meeting with residents of the multi-story building located at: Bishkek, Timur Frunze St., 132. During the meeting, he handed over a compliance certificate confirming the building's readiness for operation.
It should be noted that this building was constructed by the company "Elit Centro Stroy" and did not receive official commissioning, which created difficulties for apartment owners in securing property rights and registering real estate.
The Ministry reminded that starting from 2025, under the instruction of President Sadyr Japarov, comprehensive work is being carried out to address issues in the housing construction sector, including the processing of documents for previously constructed objects without permits.
