As reported in March 2025, the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) uncovered facts of the illegal transfer of kindergarten No. 159 in Bishkek, covering an area of 0.8 hectares, into private hands. The building is located at: Kommunarova Street, 93.
According to GKNB information, during the privatization and denationalization of property in 1993, the kindergarten, which was on the balance of OJSC "Usta," was unlawfully transferred into private ownership. During operational actions, the owner of the building expressed a desire to return kindergarten No. 159 along with the adjacent plot back to state ownership.
