According to the press center of the GKNB, the heating plant building located at: Lenin Street, 2b, has been returned to the balance of the Naryn mayor's office.
The investigation revealed that this building, previously registered with the municipal enterprise "Naryn Heating Supply," was sold in January 1992 to a citizen C.K.H. with violations of legislation. At that time, the buyer was employed at the specified enterprise.
From 1994 to 2018, the heating plant building changed owners several times and was used as a residential house.

The new owner voluntarily transferred the building, as well as a land plot of 5 hundredths, to the balance of the municipality of Naryn.
The return of the heating plant to operation will be an important step in addressing a number of economic and social issues:
- The savings for the state budget will amount to 14 million 154 thousand 196 soms;
- Preservation of 3 million 202 thousand 307 kilowatt-hours of electricity;
- Provision of heating for 288 subscribers and one kindergarten.
