According to the information, this building was on the balance sheet of the municipal enterprise "Naryn Heating Supply." However, in January 1992, it was acquired by an employee of the enterprise, Ts. K. Kh., in violation of legislation. During the period from 1994 to 2018, the building changed owners several times and was used as a residential property.
E. K., the current owner of the building, voluntarily transferred the property along with a 5-acre land plot back to the disposal of the Naryn mayor's office," the GKNB reported.
The resumption of the boiler house's operation will solve many economic and social issues, saving 14,154,196 soms from the state budget. In addition, it will ensure the preservation of 3,202,307 kWh of electricity and provide heating for 288 subscribers and one kindergarten.
