“The reconstruction is complete, and the opening is scheduled for November,” noted the akim.
Earlier, Vice Mayor Azamat Kadyrov reported that the opening ceremony will take place on November 10 in honor of Youth Day.
The new small arena will accommodate 5,060 spectators, which is significantly more than the previous 3,000 seats. This change is due to the need to meet international standards for hosting tournaments that require venues with 5,000 seats or more. In the future, there are plans to increase the capacity by another 200 seats.
