In Bishkek, work is nearing completion on the city’s master plan, which will be in effect until 2050. This was announced by Deputy Mayor Azamat Kadyrov at a press conference.
He noted that at the beginning of this year, an agreement was signed with a Japanese company that assisted in developing the concept of the master plan in collaboration with experts from St. Petersburg.
“Starting Monday, the new master plan will be available for public discussion on the official website of the city hall, as well as on the 'Master Plan' portal and in the media. Citizens will be able to submit their suggestions and comments. Public hearings are scheduled for December 24-25,” the deputy mayor added.

Kadyrov also reported that since September, the 'Master Plan' website has been operational, where over 10,000 citizens have already participated in a survey and shared their ideas.
“We conducted an analysis of the proposals, which included green spaces, social facilities, and road transport infrastructure. Discussion platforms will be organized in November. Earlier, an eco-council and a road council were held. We are looking forward to suggestions from all residents of the city,” he concluded.
