As of October 23, the CEC has registered 18 applications from candidates in district No. 5, which covers the Aravan district, Osh-MTU-2, and MTU-3 (up to the ATR village of Kyzyl-Kyshtak) in the city of Osh. The total number of voters in this district is 164,557 people.
The boundaries of the district include the village of Gulbaar in the Kerme-Tos rural district, as well as fully encompass the Dostuk, Dobo-Korgon, S. Yusupov, and Chek-Abad rural districts of the Aravan district, as well as Osh-MTU-2 and MTU-3 (up to the ATR village of Kyzyl-Kyshtak) in the city of Osh.
