The zoning of the city will be carried out taking into account the planned construction, which will ensure the accessibility of social institutions. Kydyrmaev noted that within the framework of the new general plan, all social facilities should be located in such a way that residents can easily reach them on foot, without the need for transportation.
“The concept of a '15-minute city' implies that all essential facilities are within walking distance, which significantly simplifies life for parents who can easily take their children to schools and kindergartens,” the architect added.
