According to law enforcement, at the time of the incident, there were three people in the apartment: foreign nationals V.Yu., born in 1988, V.T., born in 1987, and citizen T.A., also born in 1988. During a conflict that arose between them, T.A. fell out of the window, as clarified by the Internal Affairs Department.
The fact of the incident was recorded in the Incident Log of the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District, and a criminal investigation has already been initiated in this case.
Foreign nationals V.Yu. and V.T. were detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
The investigation is ongoing.
