Unfortunately, the woman died at the scene from her injuries. It was reported that the driver, born in 1998, returned to the scene after the accident, but upon seeing the body covered with a blanket, he got scared and left, hiding his car nearby at a factory.
Medical examination showed that the driver was under the influence of narcotic substances at the time of the accident. A criminal case has been initiated against him under Articles 312 part 3 and 144 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The investigation is ongoing.
