In the apartment where the incident took place, there were three foreign nationals: V. Yu. (born in 1988), V. T. (born in 1987), and T. A. (born in 1988).
According to preliminary data, a conflict arose between the participants, during which the woman fell from the balcony. As a result of the incident, the investigative service of the Sverdlovsk District Internal Affairs Department initiated a criminal case.
V. Yu. and V. T. were detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department. The investigation is currently ongoing and is under the control of the district management.
