According to information provided by the prosecutor's office of the Nookat district, a case of illegal privatization of a land plot measuring 8,183 square meters has been established. This plot is located in the rural municipality named after T. Kulatov and belongs to the "Abshyr-Ata" tourist base.
During the conducted investigation, it was found that the plot was unlawfully privatized in 2006. As a result of the prosecutor's actions, this land plot, valued at 69.6 million soms, was returned to state ownership.
The prosecutor's office continues to monitor compliance with legislation in the field of land resource use and protection.
