The General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan has established that the building was illegally transferred to private hands.
In recent days, the mayor's office of Naryn has once again received the balance of the boiler house located at 2 "B" Lenin Street. This building, previously owned by the municipal enterprise "Naryn Heating Supply," was illegally sold in January 1992 to a citizen, Ts.Kh., who worked at the same enterprise. From 1994 to 2018, it changed owners multiple times and was used as a residential building.
“After conducting the necessary procedures, the current owner of the boiler house, E.K., agreed to voluntarily transfer the building along with the land plot to the balance of the mayor's office of Naryn. It is important to note that after the boiler house is put into operation, important economic and social issues will be resolved, such as saving the state budget by 14 million 154 thousand 196 soms, preserving 3 million 202 thousand 307 kWh of electricity, as well as providing heating to 288 households and a kindergarten,” the press service of the GKNB reported.
