President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov witnessed the opening of a new residential complex "Asman Residence-4" during his working visit to the Jalal-Abad region on October 28, which was built by the State Mortgage Company.

The "Asman Residence-4" complex is located in the village of Lenin, in the Suzak district. It consists of 12 nine-story buildings, which house 945 apartments. The project includes 172 underground and 514 above-ground parking spaces, as well as a playground for children and a workout area.

Speaking at the ceremony, the President noted that the implementation of the state strategy to provide citizens with affordable and comfortable housing continues actively and consistently.

The State Mortgage Company plays a central role in the state housing policy and serves as a basis for developing mechanisms that allow for the provision of subsidized mortgage apartments.

Sadyr Japarov reported that over the past nine months of the current year, 3,621 citizens on the waiting list were able to receive subsidized housing, having paid 50% of the apartment's cost within the framework of shared construction.

"The authorized capital of the State Mortgage Company has increased from 10 million soms in 2015 to 87.5 billion soms today," he added.

The process of applying for housing has been digitized, and the launch of the mobile application "Tündük" has contributed to the automation of the queue and minimized corruption risks.

Currently, more than 13,000 families have received apartments, while over 69,000 citizens are waiting for their turn within the state program," noted the Head of State.

He emphasized that the State Mortgage Company demonstrates an effective and sustainable model of affordable housing, providing apartments for thousands in need and contributing to economic growth and infrastructure development. The results achieved confirm the strategic significance of state housing policy.

The President expressed gratitude to all specialists involved in the construction of the complex.

"We will continue our work with a clear goal: every needy family in our country should have the opportunity to acquire their own housing - their cozy home. New projects will be implemented in this direction. The state will make every effort to improve the living conditions of citizens. Strategic plans in the field of housing construction will be long-term: in the future, we plan to build modern and comfortable residential facilities," he noted.

At the end of the event, the President handed over the keys to a new apartment to Seideke Ergeshova, a teacher at School No. 1 named after M. Babkin in the city of Manas.

Then the Head of State familiarized himself with the infrastructure of the residential complex, inspected the apartments, and communicated with the residents, congratulating them on their new homes. ```
