President Sadyr Japarov signed a law that was approved by the parliament on September 17, 2025, which exempts individuals with disabilities of groups I, II, and III, as well as their parents and guardians, from paying state fees.
The authors of the bill emphasize that this decision aims to facilitate the judicial protection of the rights of children with disabilities and their families, as well as to reduce the financial burden on citizens who find themselves in difficult life situations. The law also aims to strengthen the principles of social justice and ensure equal access to justice.
