
In the first nine months of 2025, 4,843 children were identified in difficult conditions in Kyrgyzstan.
The Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration reports ongoing efforts to identify children and families in challenging life situations.
According to the agency's information, during the specified period, 2,514 individual protection plans were developed for children in difficult conditions, and 2,488 of them have already managed to escape from their difficult life situations.
It was also established that 1,277 families are in need of support. Of these, 947 families were able to improve their situation thanks to social assistance, the processing of necessary documents, or participation in training programs.
In addition, the ministry emphasizes the prevention of child abuse. During the same period, 444 children in difficult life situations became victims of various forms of violence, and all of them received the necessary social and psychological assistance," the agency noted.
