In Kyrgyzstan, flour and cereals worth 9.4 billion soms were produced in the first 11 months of 2025.

- According to official statistics, the volume of flour and cereal production in the Kyrgyz Republic from January to November 2025 amounted to 9 billion 442.1 million soms, demonstrating an increase compared to 2024 (8 billion 160.4 million soms).

The physical volume index of production for the 11 months of 2025 reached 108%, indicating real growth in output. In comparison, during the same period last year, this index was 110.3%.

In November 2025, the production of flour and cereals amounted to 973.4 million soms, which is lower than in November 2024, when this figure reached 1 billion 043.9 million soms. The physical volume index for November was 102%, while last year it was 103.2%.
