The Minister of Economy and Commerce, Bakyt Sydykov, stated that the aim of this draft law is to enhance the efficiency and rationality of the use of funds from both the republican and local budgets during the process of state procurement. The new draft law is focused on optimizing and simplifying the procedures related to state procurement.
One of the key aspects of the draft law is the introduction of the concept of a state assignment in the field of state procurement, which will allow for more effective resolution of important and strategic tasks of the state. The implementation of the state assignment will be carried out through the conclusion of a civil law contract between the state customer and the contractor.
