According to the proposed draft law, the main procedures concerning the discussion of issues at the meetings of the Jogorku Kenesh will be defined, as well as the implementation of powers provided by the Constitution and other legislative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic. The project is also aimed at digitizing the work processes in the Jogorku Kenesh.
Among the main aspects that will be covered by the project, the following can be highlighted:
- the procedure for discussing and making decisions;
- procedures for considering issues at meetings;
- determination of quorum, voting, and counting of votes;
- voting on draft laws and other issues;
- regulation of the work of the counting commission of the Jogorku Kenesh;
- content of meeting minutes;
- stenography of meetings;
- development of acts of the Jogorku Kenesh.
