At the meeting conducted by the representative of the State Customs Service, Medet Tursaliev, the new General Director of the State Enterprise "Single Window Center" — Indira Sharshenova — was introduced. This information was provided by the press service of the agency.
Indira Sharshenova has extensive experience in public service and is well-versed in issues of digital progress, administrative reforms, and the management of state programs. Previously, she held key positions in several government institutions and participated in the implementation of international projects. Before her appointment, she worked as the Deputy Director of the State Agency for Public Service and Local Self-Government.
During the presentation, emphasis was placed on the need for further development of the "Single Window Center," including the digitization of permitting processes, the expansion of electronic services for businesses, and the improvement of the quality of public services.
It should be noted that according to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution No. 334 dated June 12, 2025, the Center was transferred under the jurisdiction of the State Customs Service.
