A meeting organized by the Minister of Health Kanbek Dosmambetov took place at the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Moscow with compatriots - doctors working in Russia. The main topic of discussion was the return of medical professionals to their homeland and the creation of conditions for their successful work in the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan.
About 60 doctors participated in this event, where the minister detailed the ongoing reforms, modernization of medical institutions, and measures aimed at increasing the attractiveness of working in the healthcare sector. This includes salary increases, infrastructure improvements, and support for young specialists.
During the discussion, the medical professionals shared their overseas experiences and proposed ideas for adapting specialists in Kyrgyzstan. As a result, some young doctors expressed a desire to consider employment opportunities in the country's medical institutions in the coming months.
"The healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan needs qualified, dedicated, and motivated specialists. The state is interested in having our doctors return to their homeland, develop, and contribute to the improvement of the population's health. The Ministry is ready to provide comprehensive support and create comfortable conditions for work and life," concluded Kanbek Dosmambetov.
This initiative is part of the Ministry of Health's strategy aimed at strengthening the country's human resources potential and attracting highly qualified specialists to the regions.
