Zaparov reminded the fate of fugitive presidents to those dreaming of a coup

The head of Kyrgyzstan stated in an interview with the "Kabar" agency that there are no and will not be conditions in the country for destabilization or attempts to seize power.

He noted that the era of governance through force is in the past, and those who tried to do so have already learned their lessons.

Zaparov emphasized: "There will be no coups. We lack both the conditions and the prerequisites for this. Governance must be based on reason, not on force. History clearly shows this. Where is Bakiev now, who claimed: 'I will rule by force'? Where is Atambayev, who also relied on force? We must learn lessons from the past," he added.

The president also noted that the law will prevent the repetition of past scenarios, and he himself is closely monitoring the situation around the clock.

"I assert that there are no conditions for a coup in the country, as I spend 20 out of 24 hours a day at work. I keep everything under control. If something goes wrong, I immediately give instructions to ministers, akims, and governors for a quick resolution of the situation," Zaparov explained, noting that he manages to control 70-80% of all state processes.
