This appointment was made in accordance with Article 18 of the constitutional law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic".

At the same time, according to the order of the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Aivar Monoldorov was relieved of his duties as the director of "Kyrgyz Munai Kompaniyasy".
