HORSE RIDING TRAINING:

Location: Issyk-Kul Aurora Sanatorium racetrack.
If you want to have an active rest and develop physically – come to us, and we will teach you to manage a horse and your body. An experienced trainer will teach you the basics of horseback riding, turns, stopping the horse, transitions to different gaits (walk, trot, gallop). You will gain experience riding uphill and downhill, across rough terrain. You will feel the strength of spirit and confidence in yourself.
Conditions: wear close-fitting shoes or boots; comfortable sports pants.

Title: Horse Rides (short 1-2 hours)
Cost: 500 som/hour per person. Longer rides, over 3 hours, 350 som/hour for one horse.
Route:
1. From the Issyk-Kul Aurora Sanatorium racetrack in Bulan-Sogottu village, along mountain trails - to the panorama in the Kes-Senir gorge. Rest and return to the Issyk-Kul Aurora Sanatorium.
2. From the Issyk-Kul Aurora Sanatorium racetrack in Bulan-Sogottu village along mountain trails, ascent to the jailoo in the gorge, ascent to the mountain ridge.
Route difficulty: Easy. Regardless of horseback riding skills. Gentle, calm horses are provided. You will definitely receive instructions on managing the horse and safety during the ride.
Conditions: A headgear and sunscreen are required. Shoes, close-fitting shoes - boots; or sneakers, football boots.
Prohibited: flip-flops, wedges, high-heeled shoes.
