Today, February 17, it became known about the detention of Kanatbek Abdykadyrov, who holds the position of vice-president of the Football Union of Kyrgyzstan and is also the director of the club "Muras United." According to information received by the editorial staff of Kaktus.media from sources in law enforcement agencies, he was detained at the airport while attempting to leave the country.

Abdykadyrov was planning to fly abroad together with Kamchybek Tashiev, but he was stopped due to the presence of a watch card placed on him.

After the detention, the vice-president was taken for questioning at the Main Department of Criminal Investigation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.

According to preliminary data, after the questioning, he was released.
