Today, February 18, the Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan approved the issuance of deputy mandates to Aibek Altynbekov, Talant Mamytov, and Aigul Kadyraliev.

Additionally, a mandate will be granted to Azizbek Abdullaev, who will replace Eldar Sulaymanov in district No. 5.

It should be noted that Sulaymanov submitted a request for voluntary resignation, and the CEC made this decision unanimously.

On November 30, 2025, extraordinary elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh took place. However, on December 3, the CEC annulled the registration of all 14 candidates in district No. 13 due to violations related to the installation of cameras by observers, which violated the secrecy of the vote.

Repeat elections were scheduled for March 1, 2026, and 23 candidates registered.

On February 13, the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums reviewed its previous decision and recognized the elections in the multi-mandate district No. 13 as valid, canceling the previous ruling. As a result, mandates were awarded to Aibek Altynbekov, Talant Mamytov, and Aigul Karabekova.

After this, a lawsuit was filed with the CEC regarding the cancellation of the repeat elections in district No. 13.
