Marlen Mamataliyev met with Sadyr Japarov
Mamataliyev noted that currently, committees are actively using paper, and to reduce expenses, it is planned to purchase 90 tablets. All necessary information will be uploaded to these devices, categorized into four sections: meetings of the Jogorku Kenesh, committees, deputy groups, and other issues. "This should increase work efficiency, as information can now be studied at any time — at home or on the go," the speaker added.
Additionally, he mentioned that many officials attend parliamentary meetings, which sometimes distracts them from their main work. "I asked the staff why this happens. It turned out that this is done just in case. Now we will be able to ask questions online in case someone is absent. There are also plans to open online public reception offices," Mamataliyev said, emphasizing that a room for mothers with children will be established in the parliament so that voters can conveniently attend meetings.
