Urmattbek Shamyrkanov was appointed as the Minister of Emergency Situations.
Akyil Toktobaev now heads the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications is led by Talantbek Soltobaev.
Urmattbek Shamyrkanov previously worked as the deputy minister in the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Before him, the agency was headed by Boobek Ajikeev.
Akyil Toktobaev held the position of director of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzgeologiya," which is managed by the Ministry of Natural Resources. The ministry was previously led by Meder Mashiev.
Talantbek Soltobaev was the first deputy minister of transport and communications before this appointment. In September 2025, he became the subject of detention by the GKNB employees in connection with an investigation regarding the major repairs of Sheraliyev and Lenin streets in Naryn, after which he was relieved of his position. He replaced Absattar Syrgabaev as minister.
