In his speech at the ceremony, the head of state noted that this is just the beginning of a large-scale transformation of the park. A second phase of construction is planned, which will extend the cable car to 12 kilometers and cover the most picturesque areas. Modern cottages, a toboggan run, and a five-star hotel with a pool are also being built in Ala-Archa. Sadyr Japarov pointed to the impressive results of reforms: thanks to digitalization and the elimination of cash payments, the park's revenues have increased nearly ninefold — from 29 million soms in 2020 to a record 262 million soms in 2025.
The president emphasized the protection of the interests of investors and entrepreneurs. Addressing law enforcement officials, Japarov sternly demanded that they cease any unwarranted interference in business.
“Do not create baseless pressure on entrepreneurs who contribute to the development of the country. If I hear any hint of pressure, I ask you not to take offense,” the president stated, reminding that a moratorium on unwarranted inspections is in effect in the country. He also urged businesses to conduct honest dealings and pay taxes in response to the favorable conditions provided by the state.
At the end of his visit, the head of state inspected the new hotel infrastructure facilities in the park. He confirmed that the strategic goal of the authorities is to present Kyrgyzstan as a country of mountain tourism, implementing modern service standards in all regions, including the under-construction Ala-Tuu Resort complex on Issyk-Kul.
