This ban will be in effect for six months and applies to livestock classified under 0102 of the EAEU Customs Code for cattle, 0101 of the EAEU Customs Code for horses, and 0104 of the EAEU Customs Code for sheep and goats. Exceptions include:
- transit through the territory of Kyrgyzstan;
- sport horses intended for participation in competitions;
- horses donated to foreign states, international organizations, or private individuals;
- animals exported by the state operator - the open joint-stock company "Kyrgyz Agrohholding," except for those raised in Kyrgyzstan;
- horses transported by air.
