In social networks, the former mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, commented on the information regarding the debts of the city administration to contractors, noting that the amount of debt is not 12 billion soms, as claimed, but significantly less.

According to sources from Kaktus.media, Toktorbaev indeed pledged municipal enterprises of the southern capital and received a loan of 2 billion soms.

According to unconfirmed information, assets from organizations such as the municipal enterprise "Osh City Water Supply and Sewerage," the Osh City Municipal Transport Enterprise, and the municipal enterprise "Osh Unaa Beketi" were used as collateral.

Additionally, it is known that the Osh city administration had previously received significant financial assistance from the President's Stabilization Fund, which Toktorbaev himself confirmed.

"According to open data, 2.7 billion soms were allocated for various projects, including major road repairs and the acquisition of special equipment," the sources added.

During his tenure as mayor, additional contracts were also signed with contractors for various works.

Thus, despite the budgetary support and loans received, the question of the actual financial obligations of the Osh city administration remains open, the sources note.
