The amount of the "Bala Yrysy" allowance is 1200 soms. It will be available to citizens of Kyrgyzstan, as well as children whose parents have the status of a qayrlyman. This was stated by Adel Zhomartova, the chief specialist of the state benefits department of the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration, in the program "Elden Sobol" of the Kabar agency.
Zhomartova emphasized that the allowance will be paid regardless of the family's financial situation. "For residents of high mountainous areas, payments will be made taking into account the regional coefficient," she added.
However, there is a condition: the child must live with the mother, and both parents must not be in migration.
To apply for the allowance, the following documents are required:
mother's passport and child's birth certificate; presence of a PIN.
To receive the allowance, an application must be submitted to the district offices of the Ministry of Labor.
We remind you that at the beginning of March, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, signed a decree introducing a new monthly state allowance "Bala Yrysy" for all children under three years old.
