The minister reported on the fate of 33 construction projects
During recent negotiations with representatives of the construction sector in Osh, the Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, Nurdana Oruntaev, stated that President Sadyr Japarov instructed to complete all construction projects in this city.
At the meeting, previously raised issues concerning ongoing work were discussed.
Nurdana Oruntaev clarified that further actions regarding the construction of projects will be carried out in two stages:
- funding for nine completed projects will be allocated based on the conclusions of a special commission;
- 24 unfinished projects, work on which was temporarily suspended, will be transferred to the relevant ministry for further completion in accordance with the legislation.
The official emphasized that, at the instruction of the president, none of the initiated projects in Osh will be halted. The expenses of entrepreneurs and the financing of construction works will be covered by the republican budget and the stabilization fund.
